During about three hours you will be able to visit Retiro, Palermo, 9th of July Avenue (the Colon Opera House and the Obelisk), Downtown (the Congress, the Mayo Square, Mayo Avenue, Government House), Puerto Madero and San Telmo with stops in Recoleta (cemetery and Francia Square) and La Boca (Caminito). This evening you are invited to dinner and a Tango Show.
You will be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Bariloche. Enjoy your first day in the city visiting the Nahuel Huapi Lake. Bariloche and surrounding area produces the best and most singular smoky cold meats and brewed beer in the country, you’re in for a real treat.
Today you will be taken to Puerto Panuelo to embark in a full day excursion sailing Nahuel Huapi Lake. Visit one of the oldest trees in the world in the Arrayanes wood.
Today you will cross the reflecting waters of the Lake District and arrive in Puerto Varas, Chile. You will spend the evening in Puerto Varas.
Today you will be at your own leisure to relax and explore.
Today you will be transfered toe the Puerto Montt airport in order to fly to Punta Arenas. Upon arrival in Punta Arenas you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for the evening.
Today an early morning start for your full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park. You will visit highlights such as Sarmiento Lake, Amarga Lagoon, Lago Nordenkjold, Pehoe Lake, Salto Chico, Paine's Horns and, finally, Grey Glacier where you will be spend the following two nights.
Day at leisure to enjoy any of the available treks in the area.
Today you will take an approximately 5 hour bus ride from Torres del Paine to El Calafate. This small town in Patagonia is your gateway to Los Glaciares National Park. Tonight you will rest in comfort as you prepare for you next day’s adventure.
Today you will have an excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier. Inside Los Glaciares National Park, you will take the route surrounding Lago Argentino where 80km from El Calafate, Perito Moreno Glacier lies imposing with its 60-meter high ice walls. Follow the paths that lead you to face the glacier and get different impressive views of it while continuous detachments and constant ice breaking noises echoes in the site.
This morning you will embark on your full day excursion to Upsala & Onelli Glaciers. Departing from Punta Bandera in the morning where you will board your boat for exciting navigation on Lake Argentino. You will sail amongst floating icebergs to reach Upsala Glacier, the largest one in the area, with walls up to 80 meters high. Later you will land in Onelli Bay find yourself surrounded by the Patagonian forest of Lenga and Guindo covered by "old man's beard". After crossing the forest, you will reach Onelli Lagoon and Onelli glacier. You will, then, sail back to Punta Bandera where the transportation will be waiting to return to El Calafate in the evening.
Today you will be transferred to the airport in order to return to Buenos Aires. Suggested extensions: visit Ushuaia the southernmost city in the world as well as have an extra day in Buenos Aires.
